Things are looking great in the high tunnel.  Thank goodness for this wonderful addition to our farm, as it enables us to start the CSA in early June!

This week's CSA will feature the same items as last week, and we're hoping to add radishes and green garlic. Green garlic is all the rage in the culinary circles right now!

A couple people have asked about greens and the Fun Yen cabbage we offered at this time last year. Unfortunately we lost those (the challenge of organic growing), but they have been replanted so we're patiently waiting for them to mature.  

Thing are slowly coming along in the garden beds outside the high tunnel. The weather hasn't been ideal, as it's still very dry and cool. But when the weather changes, the various crops will recognize it and take off very quickly.
