Share #8 - August 2, 2018

Some of the veggies you may see in your share this week include peas, beans, eggplant, squash, cucumbers, and peppers. 

You may have wondered what that long, skinny white thing was? That's another type of eggplant! Perfect for chopping into a stir fry! Or slice it the long way to grill! Delicious!  

On another note, I try to text everyone the day before to remind you about Thursday's CSA. Believe it or not, at least one person still forgets, or gets caught up in their work day. We totally understand!  Please just remember it's a texting group, so if you need to respond, text Tracy or Micah individually, as to not clog inboxes. No biggie, as we've all done it, and we do appreciate the humor! But a few folks prefer to keep it to a minimum.  Thanks for your understanding!
