The first photo above doesn't quite tell the story, but it's a picture of a very wet field...too wet for a tractor. Most farms in our area are still anxiously waiting for the soil to dry out to they can start planting. It's tough to be patient when you have customers! But never fear, this just means your share will stretch out longer into late summer. There will be plenty of veggies, just later than we anticipated. However, every day something new is planted.
This week will be our first delivery featuring a couple things from the high tunnel. We're not quite calling it the start of the season, but we're excited to have something to share with you. Enjoy!
